Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. No. Once an order has been submitted it is processed and shipped out as soon as possible. Order changes cannot be made after it has been paid for.
Q. Can I review the details of an order I have already placed online?
A. No. Unfortunately their is no way to review the details of an order you have already placed online. However, you can use your reciept to review the details of your order.
Q. Can I track my order online?
A. Once an order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the name of the carrier and the tracking number, which you may use to track your order via the carrier's tracking site.
Q. Can I use a gift card to purchase my order?
A. No, Homes With Character does not accept any Gift Cards as payment online unless accepted through Paypal. However we do accept Homes With Character Gift Certificates provided by Paypal. If you have any further questions about what payments are acceptable contact Paypal.
Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. As long as your order has not been processed you can cancel it by sending an email to customerservice@homeswithcharacter.net. If your order has not been processed they will be able to assist in canceling your order.
Q. How do I know if you have recieved my order?
A. Within 24 hours of an order being placed you should recieve an order confirmation email.
Q. How long will it take my order to arrive?
A. Order arrival times depend upon product and shipping times. Holidays and weekends will extend shipping time.
